摘 要
本论文讲述了高层建筑施工组织设计方案，具体包括：主要施工方案、质量、安全、文明施工保证措施、成本控制及进度保证措施、消防保卫措施，确保质量、安全的情况下控制成本、抢进度。本设计是都市一号21号住宅楼，二类建筑，耐火等级二级，总建筑面积26730㎡，总层数30层(含车库存层)。本工程主体结构设计使用年限为50年，工程抗震设防烈度为六度，设计基本地震加速度值为0.05g，本工程建筑抗震设防分类为标准类。本组织设计根据建筑的设计特点现场条件，本地气候等条件，根据业主给予的工期期限、质量规定、文明施工规章编制进度和现场平面布置图。

ABSTRACT
This paper describes the high-rise building construction organization design scheme, including: the main construction scheme, quality, safety, civilized construction guarantee measures, cost control and progress guarantee measures, fire protection measures, to ensure quality and safety under the condition of cost control, grab the progress. This design is the city No. 21 residential building, a second class building, refractory grade two, a total construction area of 26730 square meters, the total number of 30 layers (including car inventory layer). This engineering main structure design service life is 50 years, engineering seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees, design basic seismic acceleration value is 0.05g, this engineering building seismic fortification classification is the standard class. The organization design according to the design characteristics of the building site conditions, local climate and other conditions, in accordance with the owner’s given time limit, quality regulations, civilized construction regulations to prepare the progress and site layout.
