港航大厦工程施工组织设计
摘 要
项目概况：济宁市港航服务中心（港航大厦）项目，项目占地约为9284平方米，总建筑面积25746平方米。其中地上15843平方米，地下建筑面积9903平方米，地上16层，地下2层，容积率1.18，建筑密度15.94%，绿地率36%。建设地点为济宁市任城区车站西路以南，西外环路以西，居智路以北。
笔者为检验日常学习成果，明确个人理论知识基础、综合能力等方面的薄弱部分，特借此次施工组织设计的契机进行查缺补漏，其不仅有利于帮助我明确自身的问题所在，也能够有效辅助我进一步巩固、记忆相关理论概念，对促进物进一步掌控知识技能手段、方法具有重要作用，对我个人的未来发展、成长具有深远影响。

ABSTRACT
Project Overview: Jining Port and Maritime Service Centre (Port and Maritime Building) project, the project covers an area of about 9,284 square metres, with a total construction area of 25,746 square metres. Of which 15843 square meters above ground and 9903 square meters underground, 16 floors above ground, 2 floors underground, floor area ratio 1.18, building density 15.94%, green space ratio 36%. The construction site is south of West Station Road, west of West Outer Ring Road and north of Juzhi Road in Rencheng District, Jining City.
Construction organisation design is an important session to verify theory and consolidate and deepen the knowledge learnt in class. Through the course design, you will master the basic knowledge of building construction, understand the procedure and basis for the preparation of construction organisation design of unit projects, master the methods and steps of preparation, understand the main contents of construction organisation design and construction plan of unit projects, and be able to comprehensively apply the knowledge learnt and correctly carry out the preparation, design and adjustment of construction organisation design.
