基于Java的企业人事管理系统设计与实现
【中文摘要】人事管理系统越来越趋向无纸化管理，可以让企业高效运转。让企业的人事管理效率得到有效的提高，从而可以让管理更加科学，约束更加规范、管理更加系统。而日常较为笨重的案牍或者其他工作，可以通过企业人事管理系统使得业务更加轻松。首先对企业在人事资源管理存在的问题和需求进行分析，整理得出解决企业管理体系的问题的方法，其次利用技术完成相应模块的研发。系统研发过程以及实现所需功能是以面向对象的设计思想针对合同，人事，福利等方面多方面的功能进行设计，以MySQL作为系统的数据库，完成信息的搜索、存储等操作。安全性方面，对人事信息的保密性和数据的完整性进行设计。在实现阶段，利用Spring，SpringMVC和Mybatis相关的知识设计实现需要的相关功能。

Design and implementation of enterprise personnel management system based on Java
Abstract：Personnel management system more and more tend to paperless management, can let the enterprise run efficiently. So that the efficiency of personnel management of enterprises can be effectively improved, so that management can be more scientific, more standardized constraints, more systematic management. And the daily more bulky documents or other work, can make the business more easily through the enterprise personnel management system. First of all, the problems and needs of enterprise personnel resources management are analyzed, and the methods to solve the problems of enterprise management system are sorted out. Then, the corresponding modules are developed using technology. The system research and development process and the realization of the required functions is based on the object-oriented design idea for the contract, personnel, welfare and other aspects of the function design, MySQL as the system database, complete the information search, storage and other operations. In terms of security, the confidentiality of personnel information and the integrity of data are designed. In the implementation stage, Spring, SpringMVC and Mybatis related knowledge is used to design and implement the required functions.
