摘 要

随着经济社会的发展与进步,在智能化背景下,互联网信息化的文明为人们的生产生活带来了高度便利,随着数字化办公走进人们视野后,数字政府也频频被提及。2021年《政府工作报告》指出,“加快数字社会建设步伐,提高数字政府建设水平,营造良好数字形态,建设数字中国”。现今,数字政府逐渐发展为我们党和国家基础设施建设的重要项目,当下的数字政府办公是借助互联网的大数据进行信息资源、政府决策、公共服务等事项的整合发布,数字办公使政府的工作效率、服务质量、资源共享能力都得以提高,在一定程度上也推动了国家治理体系的升级和治理能力的提高。本文就发展现状进行简要概括,整理并提出其在发展中遇到的问题,并针对问题提出改进的建议。

ABSTRACT

With the development and progress of the economy and society, the civilisation of Internet informatization has brought a high degree of convenience to people’s production life in the context of intelligence, and the digital government has been frequently mentioned after the digital office came into people’s view. 2021 Government Work Report points out that “speed up the pace of building a digital society, improve the level of digital government construction, create a good digital The Government’s Work Report in 2021 stated that “we will accelerate the pace of building a digital society, improve the level of digital government construction, create a good digital situation and build a digital China”. Nowadays, digital government has gradually developed into an important project in the infrastructure construction of our party and country. The current digital government office is an integrated release of information resources, government decisions, public services and other matters with the help of big data from the Internet, and the digital office has enabled the government to improve its efficiency, service quality and resource sharing capacity, and to a certain extent, it has also promoted the upgrading of the national governance system and governance capacity.
