滨海金麟府5#楼工程施工组织设计

摘 要

本工程施工组织设计作为在工程施工过程组织和指导施工的技术、经济文件,施工组织设计的编制从工程施工实际出发,做到技术先进、经济实用。在确保工程进度的前提下,同时保证工程质量和生产安全的要求,从而真正做到理论指导实际生产。本工程为滨海金麟府5#楼工程,建筑总面积16805.37㎡,本工程地下2层,地上34层,建筑结构形式钢筋混凝土剪力墙结构。本设计主要包括以下内容:工程概况、施工准备工作计划、施工部署、施工现场总平面布置、施工进度计划、施工方案、主要施工机械设备和材料、劳动力配备计划、安全文明施工及环境保护措施、季节性施工措施。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地和节约成本等编制出针对性的施工组织设计,以指导施工顺利完成本工程项目建设,控制工程成本、质量及进度,创建优质工程。

ABSTRCT

The engineering construction organization design as in the engineering construction process organization and guidance of the construction of technology, economic documents, the preparation of the construction organization design from the actual construction of the project, so that advanced technology, economic and practical. In the premise of ensuring the progress of the project, at the same time to ensure the quality of the project and production safety requirements, so as to truly achieve the theory to guide the actual production. This project is binhai Jinlinfu 5# building project, a total construction area of 16805.37 square meters, the project underground 2 layers, 34 layers on the ground, building structure form reinforced concrete shear wall structure. This design mainly includes the following contents: project overview, construction preparation work plan, construction deployment, construction site general layout, construction schedule plan, construction scheme, main construction machinery equipment and materials, labor force equipment plan, safe and civilized construction and environmental protection measures, seasonal construction measures. In order to ensure the construction period, quality and safety, civilized site and cost saving, etc., to prepare targeted construction organization design, to guide the construction of the successful completion of the project construction, control the project cost, quality and progress, to create high-quality projects.
