摘 要
为了了解引起犬细菌性皮肤病的主要致病菌菌属及其生物学性质,从临床病例情况,细菌分离培养,革兰氏染色观察,血平板培养,细菌DNA检测等方面,对天津农学院附属动物医院5只患细菌性皮肤病犬只及其患处所分离出的可疑致病菌进行生物学分析。试验结果显示:5只研究对象均为长毛或毛发浓密犬种,60%处于2-4岁阶段,80%犬细菌性皮肤病病例为单纯感染细菌性皮肤病,20%为寄生虫与细菌混合感染,且患犬均为继发性感染。菌落形态均为淡黄色或白色、圆形、大小相似、光滑突起、边缘齐整。革兰氏染色镜检单独菌落均是革兰氏阳性菌,其中有97.29%革兰氏阳性葡萄球菌,10.81%菌株检出含有革兰氏阳性杆菌,60%血平板上出现透明溶血环。结果说明犬细菌性皮肤病常发于2-4岁长毛犬,多为继发感染,革兰氏阳性葡萄球菌是引起犬细菌性皮肤病的最主要致病菌,多种细菌可同时感染致病。通过结合相关文献理论分析,推测引起犬细菌性皮肤病主要致病菌可能为伪中间型葡萄球菌、中间型葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、松鼠葡萄球菌、产色葡萄球菌、短小芽孢杆菌,试验为确定犬细菌性皮肤病的主要致病菌以及临床及时有效对因治疗犬细菌性皮肤病提供参考。

ABSTRACT
In order to understand the main pathogenic bacteria that cause bacterial skin diseases in dogs and their biological properties, the biological analysis of the suspected pathogens isolated from 5 dogs and their affected areas in the affiliated Animal Hospital of Tianjin Agricultural College was carried out from the aspects of clinical cases, bacterial isolation and culture, Gram staining observation, blood plate culture, bacterial DNA detection, etc. The experimental showed that the 5 research subjects were all long-haired or thick-haired dog breeds, 60% of them were in the stage of 2-4 years old, 80% of canine bacterial skin disease cases were pure bacterial skin disease, 20% were mixed infection of parasites and bacteria, and all the dogs were secondary infection. The colony forms are pale yellow or white, round, similar in size, smooth and protruding, with neat edges. The isolated colonies were all Gram-positive bacteria, of which 97.29% were Gram-positive staphylococci, 10.81% were Gram-positive bacteria, 60% of bacterial colonies have hemolytic rings on blood plates. The results show that canine bacterial skin diseases often occur in 2-4 year old long-haired dogs, and most of them were secondary infections. Gram-positive Staphylococcus was the main pathogen causing bacterial skin diseases in dogs, and many kinds of bacteria could infect and cause diseases at the same time. Based on the theoretical analysis of related literature, it is speculated that the main pathogenic bacteria may be Staphylococcus pseudintermedius, S. aureus, Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus sciuri, Staphylococcus chromogenes, Bacillus. The experiment provides reference for the determination of the main pathogenic bacteria of bacterial skin disease of dogs and the timely and effective treatment of bacterial skin disease of dogs.
