内容摘要
本文研究城市公共交通的建设情况，以南京市为例，首先介绍研究背景和国内外现状。接着分析南京市公交现状，采用问卷调查的方法，发现其存在的问题，例如管理机制不协调、财政投入大收益小、补贴政策不完善以及市民满意度不高等。针对问题提出城市公共交通建设的解决建议，要协调管理机制、财政投入资金合理分配、完善补贴政策以及提高市民满意度。最后进行全文总结。希望本文能提高南京市公共交通运行效益，进而提高政府的服务水平，也给中国其他城市公共交通改革带来宝贵的经验教训。

Abstract
This paper studies the construction of urban public transport, taking Nanjing as an example, and first introduces the research background and current situation at home and abroad. Then, it analyzes the current situation of public transport in Nanjing, and adopts the method of questionnaire survey to find out its existing problems, such as uncoordinated management mechanism, large financial investment and small income, imperfect subsidy policy and low public satisfaction. In view of the problems, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the construction of urban public transport, including coordinating management mechanism, rationally allocating financial investment funds, perfecting subsidy policies and improving citizens’ satisfaction. Finally, the full text is summarized. I hope this paper can improve the operating efficiency of public transport in Nanjing, and then improve the service level of the government, and also bring valuable experience and lessons to the public transport reform in other cities in China.
