微信小程序随着建筑科技的不断进步，群众居住条件的不断提高，社会上对建筑产品的质量、使用功能等提出了越来越高的要求。本文主要从施工安全、质量控制和成本控制的角度出，介绍了建筑在施工中的管理要点，分析了项目管理中的关键环节，提出了相应的管理措施。 本工程阜宁县翰林书苑小区4号楼工程地点位于阜宁县新城区北面。建筑面积为11556㎡，结构形式为：框架结构，抗震设防烈度为8度，屋面防水等级为三级，耐火等级为二级，建筑物设计使用年限为50年。施工图由阜宁县建筑设计院有限公司设计。编制时对施工总体部署、施工准备、主要分部分项工程施工方法、工程质量保证措施、施工现场管理措施等诸多因素尽可能充分考虑，突出科学性、适用性及针对性，是确保优质、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任务的重要经济技术文件。
本设计主要包括以下内容：工程施工组织设计书、施工进度计划安排、施工平面布置图、具体施工方案。为确保工期、质量及安全、文明工地，节约成本等条件，编制出针对性的施工组织设计，每个分部分项工程的特点、结构特征、施工难易程度工期和质量要求，编制出切实可行的施工方案。以指导施工顺利地完成本工程项目的建设，控制工程成本，创建优质工程。

ABSTRACT
With the continuous progress of building technology and the continuous improvement of people’s living conditions, the society has put forward higher and higher requirements on the quality and use function of building products. This article mainly from the construction safety, quality control and cost control Angle, introduced the key points of building management in construction, analyzed the key link of project management, put forward the corresponding management measures. The project in Funing County Hanlin Shuyuan Community building 4 project location in Funing County, north of the new city. The building area is 11556㎡, the structure form is: frame structure, seismic fortification intensity is 8 degrees, roof waterproof level is 3 levels, fire resistance level is 2 levels, the design service life of the building is 50 years. The construction drawing is designed by Funing County Architectural Design Institute Co., LTD. When compiling the construction overall arrangement, construction preparation, main partial construction method, engineering quality assurance measures, construction site management measures, and many other factors fully considered as far as possible, outstanding scientific, applicability and pertinence, is to ensure high quality, low consumption, safety, civilization, high-speed finish all the construction task of the important economic and technical documents.
This design mainly includes the following contents: construction organization design, construction schedule arrangement, construction plan layout, concrete construction scheme. In order to ensure the construction period, quality and safety, civilized site, cost saving and other conditions, work out a targeted construction organization design, the characteristics of each sub-project, structural characteristics, construction difficulty degree of time limit and quality requirements, work out a feasible construction scheme. To guide the construction to successfully complete the construction of the project, control the project cost, create quality projects.
