内容提要
铸造厂是通过各种铸造方法获得金属的生产厂,铸造可分为三个基本部分,即铸造金属准备、铸型准备和铸件处理。本人通过对常熟市虞东铸造厂生产管理现状的调查研究,指出了常熟市虞东铸造厂生产管理中存在的问题,分析了其原因,提出了改进措施,促使虞东铸造厂更好地明确企业发展的近期、中期甚至远期目标,从而突出各阶段工作的重点,有针对性的发展。
