摘 要
随着经济社会的发展，科学、合理的施工组织设计对于建筑工程活动起着统筹全程的积极作用。本文通过对无锡市金域缇香南区5号楼工程的施工组织设计，证实了施工组织设计的作用是对拟建工程施工的全过程实行科学的管理的重要手段。通过施工组织设计的编制，可以全面考虑拟建工程的各种施工条件，扬长避短，拟定合理的施工方案，确定施工顺序、施工方法、劳动组织和技术经济的组织措施，合理地统筹安排拟定施工进度计划，保证拟建工程按期投产或交付使用；也为拟建工程的设计方案在经济上的合理性，在技术上的科学性和实施工程上的可能性进行论证提供依据；还为建设单位编制基本建设计划和施工企业编制施工计划提供依据。施工企业可以提前掌握人力、材料和机具使用上的先后顺序，全面安排资源的供应与消耗；可以合理确定临时设施的数量、规模和用途；以及临时设施、材料和机具在施工场地上的布置方案。

ABSTRACT
With the development of economy and society, scientific and reasonable construction organization and design plays a positive role in the overall planning of construction activities.This paper proves that the function of construction organization design is an important means to carry out scientific management in the whole process of construction of the proposed project through the construction organization design of no.5 building in tianxiang south district of jinyu city.Through the construction organization design, can fully consider the various construction conditions of the proposed construction project, foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses, to formulate the reasonable construction scheme, construction sequence, construction method, labor organizations and the technical and economic measures, reasonably arranging overall construction progress plan, ensure production on schedule or delivery of the proposed construction project;It also provides a basis for the economic rationality of the design scheme of the proposed project, the scientific nature of the technology and the possibility of the implementation of the project.It also provides the basis for the construction unit to work out the capital construction plan and the construction enterprise to work out the construction plan.Construction enterprises can master the sequence of manpower, materials and machine tools in advance, and fully arrange the supply and consumption of resources.The number, scale and use of temporary facilities can be reasonably determined;And temporary facilities, materials and equipment in the construction site layout plan.
