摘 要

本工程为住宅工程,采用框架剪力墙结构,基础类型为筏板基础,主体结构为34层,地下室一层,本地区抗震设防烈度为7度,建筑场地类别为Ⅱ类。屋面采用现浇钢筋混凝土结构抗渗等级为P6。
此单位工程的施工组织的编制,预计施工过程中可能发生的各种情况,事先做好准备预防,为施工企业实施施工准备工作计划提供依据,把拟建工程的设计与施工、技术与经济、前方与后方和施工企业的全部施工安排与具体工程的施工组织工作更紧密的结合正确反映客观实际,符合建设单位和设计单位的要求,并且在施工中认真地贯彻执行,保证拟建工程施工的顺利进行,好、快、省和安全的效果。
确保施工按期完成的原则,优化资源配置,满足施工工期要求,合理安排施工进度,应用网络技术管理安排各项工程的重点,兼顾一般,确保工期,均衡生产。
优化施工方案,采取先进科学技术措施和管理措施,降低工程造价。
