Translate the following into Chinese:
1. The 800 bicycles under Contract 268 have been ready for shipment for quite some time, but we have not yet received your covering L/C to date. Please open the L/C as soon as possible so that we may effect shipment.
2. If your L/C reaches us by the end of this month, we will exert our utmost efforts to arrange shipment of your ordered goods at the beginning of next month.
3. You may recall that according to the stipulation of our S/C No.321, the relevant L/C should reach us not later than Nov.15. We, therefore, hope that you will open it in time so as to avoid any delay in effecting shipment.
4. The commission allowed for this transaction is 3% as clearly stipulated in our Contract No.135, but we find that your L/C No.557 demands a commission of 5%. This is obviously not in line with the contract stipulations. We shall therefore be grateful if you will instruct your bankers to amend the L/C to read “commission 3%”.
5. Please extend the shipment date and the validity of your L/C No. 4761 to Nov.30 and Dec.15, 19.. , respectively and see to it that the amendment advice reaches us by Oct. 30,19.., failing which it will be absolutely impossible for us to ship the goods in November.
6. In view of the small amount of this transaction, we are prepared to accept payment by D/P at sight for the value of the goods shipped.
7. In compliance with your request, we will make an exception to our rules and accept delivery against D/P at sight, but this should not be regarded as a precedent.

1. Owing to the prospecting market in your area， you will place an order for 1000 pieces portable DVD player with screen from Japanese market with your partner. The manager asks you to write a letter asking for D/A payment. What you write in the letter should include the following points:
a) introduction of the product, DVD player
b) which kind of payment you prefer
2. Suppose you are the salesman of Trines Company and have concluded a transaction of Louis Vitton Jeans in size 24-31 with one of the customer. However when you received the L/C, you found some points were not in line with that in the contract. Now write a letter to ask for amendments, including:
a) the place of expiry should be “in China” instead of “in New York”
b) Transshipment should be allowed.
c) Insert “about” before the quantity
d) The quantity is 120 cases instead of 145 cases.
