Translate the following into Chinese:
1. Considering this damage was due to the rough handling by the steamship company, we claimed on them for recovery of the loss, but an investigation made by the surveyor has revealed the fact that the damage is attributable to improper packing. 2. No doubt you will take the matter up with your factory and advise them to give more care to packing; otherwise business in this line will be affected. For the present we should be obliged if you would send us 84 replacement tins.
3. As this lot of Fax Machine is of no use at all to us, we require you refund the invoice amount and inspection fee of the goods amounting to USD 3,000.00.
